Office Assistants for Orientation Programs

Office Assistants (OAs) work to help parents and students before orientation even begins. OAs help answer incoming student and parent questions, help students make their reservations for the summer program, and provide office support to get the program started. During the program, OAs continue to help the office serve over 7,000 new students and 10,000 parents.

OAs will begin with part time hours in March and will convert to full time at the end of the spring semester through the end of the fall program (mid/late August). Some opportunities for additional hours through the fall semester may also be available. To be eligible, candidates must be available to work the hours described.

The OA position provides a lot of office experience, a full-time job for the summer, and is a great resume builder! You can learn more by reviewing the job description from the link on the right. Hiring will begin in March 2008.
